The scope of work has been divided into two broad functions:
Human Asset Engineering : Involves
•  Determining of total Human Asset Requirement of the project.
•  Profiling of Human Asset Requirement.
•  Instituting Recruitment Systems and processes.
•  Market based Pay Analysis and Compensation plan design.

Human Asset Recruitment : Involves
•  Qualifying candidates by screening of Biodata’s based on Absolute-Job Essentials.
•  Further, qualifying candidates by conducting preliminary interviews.
•  Disqualifying the window shoppers and under qualified candidates.
•  Preparing and counseling short listed candidates to present the organisation and its goals
    in the best possible way.
•  Coordinating and conducting interviews alongside clients.
•  Coordinating trials and practical tests for certain departments.
•  Ranking and Evaluating chosen candidates.
•  Conducting reference checks on performance of chosen candidates with former
    supervisors and colleagues and checking credentials.
•  Briefing clients by providing full information about our
    assessment and results of reference checks.
•  Coordinating and briefing successful candidates to smoothen
    path for offer acceptance.
•  Assisting successful candidates in the joining process and
    follow-up after placement to assure new employee integration.
